In a span of 17 years with Alcatel Space, Jean-Pierre Noté held various senior positions in the administrative and financing fields: he started by heading the cost accounting department, prior to be company treasurer. Then, as senior manager for financial operations he has been involved in several major international transactions for nearly 10 Years. He has provided top-level support in finance and contractual negotiations for Alcatel Space’s interfaces with financial institutions and customers in various countries (such as USA, Russia, India).He has a long track record of success in negotiations of satellite contracts with operators, launch services contracts with launch agencies, technical and political risks coverage, setting up financing with ECA’s and commercial banks and in participating in various Joint ventures. Jean-Pierre Noté pursued his education in France and has a degree from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce of Toulouse, a bachelor’s degree in History and a Master’s degree in law.
