The RASCOM-QAF satellite monitoring and control will be performed by RascomStar-QAF with its dedicated ground facilities: Gharyan Operation Center and Douala Operation Center.

Various actors are involved in the RascomStar-QAF system Operation:

• RascomStar-QAF Company, which develops a geostationary satellite telecommunication system, including the satellites and Network Management Stations.
• Public or Private Telecommunication Operators (Telco’s).
• Internet Service Providers.
• TV Broadcasters.
• Any data content provider (corporate networks…).
